i went with friends on an airplane, arent we classy? ok, maybe not classy, exactly, since we were already drunk on double G&Ts at 6 pm, but we had a great time on the plane.
Prateek and i used the wine (stewardess) call-button and totally humiliated our dear friend Tara, but we felt it was called for.
we went to see Avatar at the Paragon Theatre. i have friends that fly to BKK for the weekend almost exclusively to see movies. the large mall theatres are AWEsome.
i cant get the text to work correctly, but down at the bottom of the list of photos is the crew that ate a proper 5 course xmas dinner - in our paper hatsfrom our Christmas poppers! [Hey, American Family - check this out! i have been mocked for botching an age-old tradition. turns out you're supposed to pop the Christmas crackers with someone else, not on your own!! Ideally, you all cross arms and pop a cracker on either side and whoever gets the bigger piece wins, like a wishbone. who knew?!] and also my roommate Sinead and her boyfriend Jukka. Yay for Christmas dinner!
