we are so gorgeous.

Sinead, my roommate, and i went to get our traditional Khmer portraits made one lovely lazy Sunday afternoon. 

this is something that Cambodian people do for weddings and other major celebrations/transitions. they put some serious pancake makeup on you, along with fake eyelashes and, apparently, coral colored Grandma-lipstick, and put you in front of a bluescreen. they airbrushed it and added some backgrounds and  - VOILA!  BEST PHOTOS EVER.
