simple thoughts

its a strange thing to endeavor to become more aware of your thinking - of all the chatter that ticks incessantly by like the NYSE stock exchange tape. i have been on this path of intentional internal transformation for awhile now, practicing yoga and meditation and mindfulness.
also, of late ive been really sad, so ive been trying to think more lightly and to free up some of that heavy gripping negative-thinking energy.
as a result, i began to realize today that many of the things i think are 100% hysterical -- but because theyre all packaged up as the usual Ticker Tape Brain Parade, i remain only partially aware that theyre occurring, and of their exact content.
today, as i begin to pay attention to them more closely, i realized that i thought these things before noon:
1. ....best way to explain to fellow social worker how to address client's pooping of little poopballs all over the inside of relatives' house? if client does not develop insight into the repercussions of depositing and neglecting to regather said poopballs, client could potentially lose housing privileges.
2. i will just flip this single fisheye over the side of my lunch bowl onto the table so that i wont have to eat it. it will look like a mistake!
3. is itok to punch someone in the face because of their messed up views on domestic violence?

god. its weird & embarrassing up in there. im sure there are many more to follow...
